Join me for a “FREE” open house introductory 45min Zumba Gold Fitness Party at the beautifully renovated VFW Hall on Colonial Springs Rd. Spacious, air conditioned, wood floors….gotta see it!

DANCE YOUR WAY TO FITNESS!

Zumba Gold® targets the largest growing segment of the population: baby boomers, deconditioned participants and beginners.

It takes the Zumba® formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active and mature and/or de conditioned participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle.
